They called MY phone looking for someone else and when asked who they were, they refused to tell me and had the audacity to tell me, “if you called the electric company you would have to identify yourself before getting any information from them.” So I told them, “once again you called ME and I have no clue who you are so I will not be identifying myself.” Then she told me that she was going to end the call since I refuse to tell her who I was… Extremely rude, especially because they called my phone looking for somebody else, not me. I could have very easily put them in contact with the person that they were calling for had they told me who they are and/or what it was pertaining to. Maybe they would have better luck recovering whatever it is that they are looking for If they were aware of how to speak to somebody when they call their phone.

Scams. Miss Lisa extremely rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't release any information like account/reference number. Had tried calling on a conference call with insurance to prove medical bills were paid in full by insurance they would hang up or redirect a call to a voicemail. Insurance agency was appalled and never experienced this before. They even laughed at her and redirected us asap without even speaking to us. 4 calls were made and they kept hanging up without speaking. So unprofessional. I was told my insurance not to worry that it seems like a scam to not even send me an invoice.
Be careful with them guys. Ask your insurance for the claims and if they were paid on your account. They can handle it and call collections to prove it but QAR didn’t want to speak with them. Fishy if you ask me

I think they really earned their 1-star review. They've hooked up with DTI properties in Huntsville, they earned their's as well. They are the collections agency that are assigned to them. You can't get lower than a 1-star rating, which means one thing, they don't care about their ratings because they are collecting all the money they can before going out of business.

First a bunch of scumbags I have been making payments to the Hospital and when I go to the Hospital online I’m able to make payments, so why am I getting a letter from these scumbags I have no idea. When I tried calling to explain, they were very rude and unprofessional, and said that I had to make the payments to them really I’m making the payments to the Hospital online with no problems or issues not you scumbags at quality asset recovery. Please go rot.

Called me to collect debt. I explained I gave the insurance company to the medical office to bill. She said it was my responsibility to make sure a claim goes through. Besides working at the medical office myself, what more can I make a medical office do? Sad people can't do their jobs right and then you get harassed by this company.

A 5 star review for a debt collection agency -- that's gotta be a first. But I felt it couldn't go without recognizing the amazing care and customer service I got from Kim West. In 30 minutes she solved an issue that's been plaguing my credit report for nearly a decade.

I had tried disputing it with the credit bureaus and was told it was not there in error.
I was adamant I had paid QAR.
I even had the check number and date I paid it on!
I was ready to go to war...and luckily, Kim answered.
She confirmed again, they never got any payment from me. But she helped me troubleshoot the problem, and sure enough, I sent the check to the doctors office instead, and from there it was just a clerical error.
I would've bet my life that I wrote that check to QAR.

Kim never cut me off, took a condescending tone or blamed me for waiting 5 years to look into this. She even called me to follow up today to follow up.

EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE. I AM GIVING ONE STAR BCOZ THERE IS NOTHING BELOW ONE STAR. PAT SALAVATORE WAS THE REP, SHE WAS EXTREMLY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE HUNG UP WHILE I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION. THE WORST REP I HAVE COME ACROSS.

Just returned a call to them and the man I spoke to was very rude. I simply asked, very nicely, if they could send me something as I had not received anything from them or from the company they are calling me on behalf of. He told me they sent me something in June and that they didn't have an itemized listing so they could not send me anything else. I told him I recently moved and that I was having issues getting my mail for a bit but because my move date was before they sent it he, I assume, is implying that I had to have received it. I told him I needed to know specifics because since I don't recognize the company, and only saw it on my credit report, that I may need to dispute it. He told me to reach out to my insurance company because what I owe is after the insurance payment. I called my insurance company and not only did they not see the company QAR is calling me about they also said that I am only responsible to pay my copay's and I have nothing outstanding. I guess I have to figure out another way to handle this since he won't send me any type of detail.
