Back in 2017, Bovio Rubino installed my heating system and converted it from oil to gas. After 8 years, the blower started making a strange noise. I called them, made an appointment, and within a few days, they were here to check it out.

Our technician, Chris, arrived. He was super friendly, courteous, and personable. He made me feel like he genuinely cared about solving my problem. With a 4-month-old, I was a bit worried about the temperature if the blower wasn’t working properly. Chris talked to me about the options and said I might be able to wait, but after we talked, I decided to get the blower replaced under warranty and pay for the labor to install it.

Chris came back two days later with the new part and installed it. The audible sound was now near silent with the new blower installed.

Overall, I’m incredibly happy with Bovio Rubino. I was impressed by Chris’ technical HVAC knowledge, but even more impressed by his friendly and personable demeanor.

I had the pleasure of Zach coming today to do a heater check up. He was on time, very polite and knowledgeable. Explained all I needed to know in a very patient manner, so I was able to understand the process. Made a good suggestion that I decided to go with. I’ve had this company out to my house multiple times and they also installed my heat, air and water heater five years ago. Great company and employees. Very pleased!

1st. It is impossible to schedule a paid maintenance on a weekend. Bovio you have to do better, I lost a days wages for a 3 hour maintenance window.
2nd. The tech was on time and friendly. After the service he went over everything I give him 5 stars!
