I have had on and off problems with WoW since moving to Dothan. At times service is superb...other times, sadly kind of often these days, there is high latency, low download speeds, and disconnections periodically. I have called, there is always an excuse (like I see there is an outage in your area). There seem to be more and more outages in my area which makes me question the reliability of this service I am paying for, and keep getting charged more for. I work from home, I need stable and reliable high speed internet. I am truly wondering if it is time to change providers. Do better WoW, you used to...why not again.

Wow Cable is one of the worst cable companies. My internet has been down and I have been waiting on the phone for 1 hour 37 minutes so far- not the first time. And they have no actual office here on Dothan. And other reviews are true on this site- they keep going up. No wonder so many people are leaving. I am now editing my review- their recording says wait time Estimated less than 30 minutes. I have been hearing that for over 30 minutes, and now I have been on the phone waiting over 2 hours. Thank goodness I can just lay the phone down on speaker, otherwise I would not be on the phone. I have tried several times to reboot, even let an offer on one of their pre recorded offer messages send a signal to my cable box a couple of times- that does nothing.

Wow is trying to charge me over $300 for a bill and I don't even have wow and never have I have a Xfinity and when I tried to call the office to get in contact with the person I just get someone who is not local and they just keep switching me back from sales to billing because they don't know what to do B.S

Constant nightly throttling to your upload speeds that make things like gaming unplayable. I’ve tried everything to confirm issues on my end but it seems to be obvious where the issue is coming from. Do not use this company. Will be switching soon.

They are very unprofessional. My mom turned off internet thru them because she doesn't use it... they never once told her that it would automatically turn off her home phone... which she had for 16 years... she called to see what is wrong with her phone and they lied to her saying nothing is wrong... and that a customer service person would come out... the rep came and had no idea what he was sent out to do.... horrible.

If I could give them negative stars I would. When they came to my door to offer me service they promised me the world. They promised me a $200 gift card. They promised me high internet service. I got neither of those. At one point my internet was down and when I called the customer service representative said that the entire grid was down and that I needed to get service with their sister company. Keep in mind I had to pay $80 a month for 3 months for this new company and then it would go down to $35 a month. Of course I didn't do that and my internet miraculously came back the next day. Then I was waiting on my $200 gift card and they came up with some small excuse that I didn't pay which was completely false. I had even just made a payment for the following month. They said that my internet had been down the whole time since the beginning of August due to non-payment! I asked them how could that be possible when I still have internet and I just made a payment? They did not have an answer! They just said I was not going to be getting my gift card and that was final. Then they offer to restart me for another 3 months so that I could try to get the $200 gift card! Heck no! I have never gotten more poor customer service than I have with this company. And if anybody's reading this they better stay away from my door with WOW service. I was so mad with them. I was in tears when I canceled my internet. They don't keep their promises, they don't keep their word, and they definitely do not care about customer service. I will never go back to them again!
