I have to give Mr. Appliance a five star on this one. There serviceman showed up on time and reached out ten minutes before arrival. Analyzed the problem gave us a quote on the part cost after some research on new machines decided to go with the fix. Part was ordered and sent to our home and installed the first workday available. The tech was friendly and courteous and explained the part and labor warranty. Overall very happy with the outcome.

I called at 4pm to have service scheduled and Johnnie came out the next morning at 9:30am, so less than 24 hours. He fixed the issue very quickly and made sure everything was back and the way it should be. They charged a reasonable price for the issue. I'd definitely recommend them.
