When ordering a cheese steak, youd expect those cheese steak flavors, but this isn't it at all. And the fries were gross. You could tell they were fried in old grease. This was the first time in the area and this was the first place we saw that seemed pretty chilled.

The atmosphere is fine, but the food wasn't good at all. I even ordered this lemon drop martini and with any lemon drop shot, you'd expect sugar, and with a martini I was at least expecting a sugar rim to help, but it was awful! I had to hold my nose and just chug it threw a straw because I wasn't willing to waste 13 bucks on that. My waiter kept forgetting the sugar I had requested multiple times.

I wasn't pleased with my experience here.

I tried the 5 West burger. This burger is very unique. At least to me. It is prepared with jalapeños and cheese whiz. I've never had a burger with cheese whiz before. It was a pleasant surprised. It was a little spicy, but I have a high tolerance. If you like burgers, cheese whiz, and jalapeños then this would be a great burger for you. They do give an excessive amount of pickles and other burger toppings on the side. Which would be a bonus if you're a pickle lover. I'm not, but I do appreciate the extra attention. I'd rate the 5 West burger an 8.2 out of 10. The type of fries they use are crispy. Not too greasy. They are the kind with the skin on them. This is one of my favorite types of fries so I might be biased with them.

The atmosphere is relaxing and calm. There is a pleasant mixture of modern and old pub styles. The modern style is complimented with a rustic accent. Giving this pub a very unique look and feel.

The food was amazing. The atmosphere was perfect. The service was great. I highly recommend this place for a quaint night out with family or your special someone.

Wonderful place. Live entertainment and great atmosphere. Had the dirty shrimp, buffalo chicken soup and chicken parmigiana. 5 star!!!

Our table had burgers, pizza and crab cakes. Everything was very good and flavorful. The atmosphere was good, had a single guitar player during dinner service. Staff was very nice and pleasant. Will visit again

Loved Crab bisque and Crab Nachos, food was good, burgers, pizza, wings, etc... Only thing we doesn't like it was place was so loud... There was a lady singing, but OMG she was screaming louder (AF). Perhaps we choose the wrong night (Friday), not even sure if there was a Karaoke night or what, but waoo, we was ready to leave when guitarist say "It's all for tonight"
Don't get me wrong, not saying she's a bad singer or guitarist was doing a great performance, but lady raised her voice too much... Other than that place, drinks and food is good and I definitely will recommend this place.

5 West Pub U Do It Approved!!! Be aware that parking is limited on a busy night so you may have to park on the grass or a block or two away. We waited about 30 minutes for a table of 6 at the bar. Our bartender was nice and took time to talk with us. Our waitress was also nice. We ordered appetizers and drinks. Everything was great. I'd say it's classic tavern style food. The entrees were great. I ordered Steak and Frittes and it tasted great.
