I was greeted by Brandon as I walked in. He was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I asked about going up a step on the phone's storage. He showed me I didn't need to spend the extra money and gave me great advice. After my purchase he sat me down as data was transferred to the new phone. He introduced me to Jean. She was friendly and helpful. She kept an eye on how it was progressing. When prompted to hook the phone to my carrier she said, "Let's try it." I don't have a major carrier and it wasn't supposed to work. But it sailed right through! Good to go!! Thank you, Brandon and Jean!!

As soon as we stepped into the store, we were greeted by a staff. Then we got our questions answered and scheduled an appointment for my daughter's phone battery replacement. Later when we came back for the battery replacement, I asked about my phone problem and got it solved immediately!

Every staff is friendly and helpful!

I came in today for a screen repair (screen wasn’t responding properly), the person who walked me through the entire process was a vibe! The personality, confidence and just the way they carried themselves was an experience within its self! Would definitely recommend this store, 10/10! Ps, appointment was at 11:20, walked out by 12:30! (And yes I was able to roam the mall while they fixed my entire issue)

Came in to purchase a case and start the process of having my old information moved to my new Mac book. After gaining attention from a worker who was assisting a customer, she then stated she would have somebody help me. As I waited around. Two other employees (one male and one female with a short cut colored grey) saying she’s next. I turned around completely so that I’m facing them and said heeey. They both said hello and then turned away. Neither of them had customers and still did not help me, even after Acknowledging that I was next. I waited a few more moments, and after still not being helped, i eventually left. This was my first and last time inside this Apple Store . Never received this treatment from willow grove or their suburban square location.

I had purchased two Iphones and two watches from Cherry Hill Apple store as gift for my relatives in India. I purchased it a day before I traveled and since it was a gift, I trusted that the product would be in good shape. However to my surprise one of the IPhone had scratches on it when my relative opened the box. I immediately tried to reach out to customer care and was told there are no return options for store purchases unless you are physically present in the store and as I was on vacation for close to a month the time for return had passed. However it's of no fault of mine that I end up loosing my money for a faulty product. The manager Greg at the Cherry Hill Apple Store has no regards for customer or even acknowledge what the customer is going through. He speaks in a condescending tone and expects the customer to pay for the repair of the faulty product that his store sold. He even went on to say that even if I had returned it within 14 days he wouldn't accept it. No options were given except to take more money off my hand in the name of repair. Worst customer service ever for a faulty product.

I recently purchased a Mac, and Mr. Bruce was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was patient and guided me in choosing the right Mac that met my needs. Even when I realized I wanted to use the Apple Card monthly installment plan after the initial purchase, Mr. Bruce handled the refund and the new transaction with great patience and a positive attitude. I truly appreciate his willingness to assist me with every step, even when I made the process a bit more complicated. Thank you so much, Mr. Bruce!

Okay I want to first and formerly start off with, if you want things to be done in a timely manner GO TO JOSEPH. My new iPhone 16 pro I purchased roughly about 3 weeks ago turns out I had a defective phone half of the screen was white and it would flicker every 5-10 minutes, it was in pristine condition and I never dropped it or anything, I also didn’t sign up for apple care right away because I was still debating if I really needed it when I first bought the phone. So I made an appointment to the store I bought my phone from and Joseph was a god send, he did an even exchange and went far and beyond to make sure I was in good hands. Joseph told me himself that this was the first he has ever seen a defective phone flicker like that, so him guiding me on the steps to set up my brand new replacement phone, very informative and patient with me and my questions.
