Picked up girl was ignorant because I didn't tip. I hardly tip for pick up but never when they charge me a fee for using debit card. Any how got a cheese steak the bread was good the rest of it was absolutely garbage. After I forced it down because I was hungry within 20 minutes it hit me worse then taco bell. EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA AND NAUSEOUS 🤢 I WILL NEVER GO BACK

New york has always been known to have the best pizza however our experience with Italian Affair located in N. Cape May, NJ changed our understanding.
We had a regular slice, calamari, square in shape pizza and the flavors were mouth watering delicious. Looking forward to out next visit.

Tasty food but way overpriced for what it is.
About $17 for a cheesesteak that was light on meat and, overall, amounts to what we be a half a steak just about anywhere else . If you’re looking to feed two people on their whole steak (like you can with a whole from most places) you better go ahead and spend $34 (!!!!) and get 2.
Got a slice on the way out that they threw in the oven for about 15 seconds and put on a plate. I think the pizza might have been good if not luke warm.
Order also contained a $17 burger that was tasty but not worth $17.
Iknew the prices when I ordered and I don’t mind spending more for very good food and fair portions of it. This place misses that mark.
Won’t be going back… not because the food isn’t good but because the value just isn’t there.

I ordered delivery tonight, girl answering phones was short, didn’t confirm address after I gave my phone number, asked if I was done after every item and never read the order back. I thought the total was a little high but I get it with inflation, what I don’t get is how they go about conducting business. When I received my food I was charged for & received Chicken Alfredo with fettuccine when I ordered penne Alfredo and cheese fries when I order just French fries. After realizing the mistake I called back and explained the situation to 2 different employees then a third gentleman took over the call. He was extremely unprofessional saying next to nothing, I had to ask him how he was planning on remedying the situation and to that he replied I’ll tell the owner but I don’t know what you want me to do, our orders are always read back so that’s on you. I said no one read it back, she was short and quick to get off the phone but he argued back saying there’s no way. When I said well can you make the right food and bring that back to swap or can I get a refund, he just repeated over me I don’t know what you want me to do 3x and threw a cuss in there then loudly said well you have a nice day and hung up on me. Eventually the owner, Vito, called back and apologized, which was greatly appreciated, said they’d remake the food at the difference if I came back or give me a full refund. Still having to drive back out to return food made incorrectly, having 3 employees put me on hold & hang up on me after being rude and 2 call backs from the restaurant trying to fix it, is not a vibe. Saw the other review where they argue back with the customer & im sure that’ll happen to me but im just putting this out there to hopefully save someone else from wasting their money & getting a headache.

Undercooked chicken, like pink in color clearly undercooked. Fine, mistakes happen, so we give them a call. The lady who answered put the chef on the phone (maybe also the manager?) and the chef proceeded to tell us that he cooked them personally and that there is no way there is anything wrong with them. Well, we still have pink chicken so rather than just refund us, the chef requested we drive back to return the two chicken dishes. The lady in the front silently inspected the chicken and then took off the two chicken dishes from the original tab without a word. There was no apology for giving us the chicken undercooked, nor for questioning our integrity, or for making us return to the store with the dishes so that they may see for themselves.

Very disappointed, the undercooked chicken could have simply been an easy mistake and would not have warranted this review if they had just been like “whoops I’m sorry would you like a new one or a refund.” Instead we were told that we were wrong for thinking that the chicken was undercooked and when presented with the evidence, there was no accountability or acknowledgment of fault on their end. The lady in the front was cordial, but that chef single handedly earned this review.

Almost everytime we come to Cape May, we’ve ordered from here recently as it’s delicious and the portion sizes are great. Very fresh! They delivered to the Capers on Beach Ave on Memorial Day weekend and we appreciated not having to get into the car to drive to pick up food. It was delivered timely and the food was hot! Thank you!

Had a job in Cape May, NJ and found a place close to pickup something to eat. There deluxe cheeseburger was so good and the fries unbelievable I went back twice. Only $10

I used to deliver for this place and I was very close with the head chef, who is a very passionate man when it comes to his profession as a Chef and head cook of this restaurant/kitchen side of the "Restaurant and Pizzeria." You see, there's two sets of doors for this fine establishment.
Okay, technically, there are 3 sets of doors that are open to the public to enter and exit! The restaurant side doesn't open until later in the day, obviously. However, when you walk into the restaurant, it's like you've entered an entirely different place! The atmosphere is immeasurably different from that of the Pizzeria on the other side with its booths and pizza window!
However, I must add that as a full-time resident of this fine town? It's not quite what it used to be. Maybe that might change since spring has picked up, and summer will be in full swing before we know it!
The pizzeria is busy during all seasons! The restaurant does have an amazing N.Y. Strip Steak and a brilliant rib-eye if I'm not mistaken! Then their seafood is apparently delicious! I'm biased since I'm not big on seafood. But it does look good! All-in-all, I'd recommend trying the pizza at least once!
Their specialty pizzas are good. They have a very good white cheesesteak pizza, too. Oh! Their white pizza, in general, is amazing. I used to take some home after my shift. I'm weird, though, so I'd throw some pepperoni and pineapple on it before heating the slices.
This is a place you need to try for yourself to have a decent opinion. The pizza is great. They even do parties and cater to parties. I'm quite certain to an extent. Okay, I'll end here since I left a mino-novella! 😅
