Ordered an $18 dollar cheesesteak and it was honestly the worst sandwich I ever had in my life. The amount of meat was minuscule, it seemed like there was more cheese than meat honestly. I requested it with fried onions, peppers and ketchup, it came with none of those. My Friend ordered an Italian hoagie and he said it was good but felt that they were cutting back on the meat. These sandwiches aren’t cheap and just aren’t worth the price.

Had a primo hoagie the roll broke in half and come apart in 2 pcs . Food on my lap. Called,store and found tgey,are having an issue,with the baker. ,horrible roll which. Ruined it. . Told Mgr. Never change the bread. I won't be going there again. Shame to ruin a good buisness.business.

Ordered a ham and cheese hoagie with Cole slaw on the side they sent me a nasty ham and cheese hoagie with Cole slaw on it DID IT NOT OCCUR TO ANYONE HOW DISGUSTING THAT WAS I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN AND WILL TELL FRIENDS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

This is my third visit in past few months where the order has been screwed up. This is the final straw. I attempted online ordering to avoid any confusion. I ordered a pizza steak that the menu states comes with fresh mozzarella. I opted for the extra cheese surcharge. This is what I got... five miniature mozzarella pieces on a primo sized sandwich. This is the most disappointing pizza steak I have ever ate.

This is horrible I got ripped off as you can see they didn't put anything on my sandwich and I paid a premium price and I paid extra for longhots they gave me the skin from the long hot but no pepper I recommend going anywhere but here for a sandwich

This is the 3rd time my order was gross it use to be good not anymore tired of paying a small fortune and not getting what I ordered no fried onions and where’s the meat and cheese if I wanted a salad for dinner I would have ordered it 2 sandwich’s and 50 bucks later plus the staff is always rude

Ordered a cheesesteak, it was laughable, barely any meat or cheese. Was embarrassing, as I had picked it up for my brother who is a shut in , I had high hopes as the pics on the menu looked really good. The staff looked like a 3 ring circus , arguing in front of customers because one had done more than another. I called and spoke to a manager, they offered a replacement sandwich, let’s see if they can redeem themselves, if not , I’ll be going elsewhere for my sandwiches .

Worst cheesesteak I've ever had in my 60 years of life They put cold precooked meat and fried onions on a roll and slide it into an oven don't expect a freshly cooked hot sandwich when they gave it to me it was still cold I paid extra for long hot peppers to be put on it and they only gave me the skin from the long hot they left the actual pepper out Even though I paid for it
