Butterfly MX is great! We love the service it provides. The employees at the company are very resourceful and helpful. We have utilized Butterfly MX for 4 years and never had any issues. The only comment we have is ensure you, install a cover for shade over your butterfly mx screen as the sun being directly on it at all times does ruin the screen and fade it by year 5-7 which will make you need to replace it sooner then needed.

We recently had their system installed at a commercial office building in the West Loop, and it was one of the best decisions we've made. Ankit and Austin have been a pleasure to collaborate with and any issues that have arisen have been addressed promptly and efficiently. Additionally, the ButterflyMX app is intuitive and user-friendly. From an administrative perspective, it's simple to add or remove tenants, control door access, and view the cameras with ease. We love our building’s Butterfly and our customer success manager, Brennan Doyle is amazing.

We experienced a defect in the physical device and Brennan sought out the internal expert resources and options to address the issue proactively. He also noticed that we changed management companies and recommended we remove old admins and validate the new ones.

Brennan is both proactive in thinking ahead and very responsive to inquiries. He cares about our satisfaction and the security of our system.

Our office moved a few months ago and we switched our door access to ButterflyMX. The web portal and Apps are easy to use and has various options for access (our folks use the PINs and the App for entry). I really like the Virtual Keys so people visiting from other offices can have access temporarily.
I value customer service and working with Emily Lara has been really wonderful. She is prompt in returning my emails and is very informative. She helps me help my co-workers which I truly appreciate! She helps escalate questions/issues to their tech support when needed and shipped out a replacement keypad when the lights started going out on ours.
I would definitely recommend for the ease of use and helpful customer service when questions arise.
