We have been using AccuPoint for more than two years to manage a diverse practice inclusive of applied behavior analysis and state VR services. As the rules surrounding contract authorizations and submitting claims on time becomes more complex, it is critical to have a system that tracks all the necessary data and is available to users in an easily accessible format. AccuPoint succeeds in doing just that! In addition, the company is extremely responsive to suggestions and to resolving any concerns in a timely fashion. I highly recommend AccuPoint to any ABA company looking to better manage their practice.

We have been using accupoint for ABAfor 5 years now. I wouldn't recommend it.Too many issues. Accupoint mobile is always a problem with too many bugs.Staff complain a lot about it.Freezing etc. Billing is very risky. We Just discovered that they have not been billing for a month and a half. Support team says our website was disconnected from the clearing house/billing website. Which is their job since we are not back end engineers.These are 6 figure claims FYI. Do not purchase this software otherwise you can end bankrupt if the screw with your billing and no revenue coming in.Time for us to move on.

We have been using AccuPoint since its inception in 2011 and it is the only software that is able to accommodate all of the diverse requirements in running a Home and Community Based Medicaid Waiver and Home Care agency.

AccuPoint ensures we are in compliance at all times and completely manages our schedule, billing, and payroll.

AccuPoint has increased cash flow and decreased expenses dramatically since we have begun using it.

Accupoint is trash. They have a million and one bugs in their system and can only offer bandaid fixes or complain to me, the customer, about how complicated it is to fix the issues. Every employee has a different solution and they blame each other for the errors. So unprofessional. After 6 months of struggling, getting recoupments because of their errors, and more we are switching companies. I do not recommend.

I just wanted to say that the Accupoint Team has been amazing, especially Raiyan, Eddie, Jameson, and Jocelyn. You guys have been quick to fix any issues we have had, or to walk us through anything we don't understand/ entered incorrectly. We are just getting started with Accupoint, but from a customer service stand point, I am already impressed and you have far exceeded the service we were previously receiving with our other billing software. Thanks guys!
