Working at AH has been a great experience so far. The office environment is warm and welcoming, my co-workers are friendly and helpful, my supervisors are awesome, and the hybrid schedule setup is perfect for me. The owners of the company are very involved, down to earth, knowledgeable, and passionate about the work we do. I get plenty of opportunities to speak to everyone and ask questions in the meetings. They welcome your ideas and also support your growth in the company. As long as you're determined to learn the work and ask for help when you need it, the work will get easier as you go. It took a while to get through the hiring process, but I can see now that improvements were made to fix that before I was brought in. I'm happy to be on board with this company.
