These guys have worked hard on my computer problem. They came up with a working solution and it's working fine for me. But Freedom Calhoun, the guy who has been working with me, told me that they're going to continue working on the problem until the problem is actually solved and not just patched. I like that kind of dedication to the customer. I would recommend Miles IT for anyone who has a computer problem. They are quick to start working and continuously keep you updated on the work. They have a refreshing kind of customer service that is wishfully expected but rarely received. VERY refreshing!

Miles response time was excellent. Matt was spot on with the update. He knew exactly where to find the files, installed them and had me back in operation within 5-minutes which was the time it took to install the update. We verified that the update was successful.
