Martin was the third service rep who serviced our Speed Queen washer. Going by the feedback we provided concerning the prior two service calls and a video, he decided to bring a part with him that he felt would be the solution to the problem. When he arrived, he lifted the lid on the machine and noticed the play in the wash tub. He then said, "This isn't right." He used the part that he brought with him to fix the washer immediately. The "missing" part fixed the problem.

Martin is professional, meticulous, and very thorough. He is the best 😄 !!

Had a great experience having repair done to our dryer! Our tech, Martin Sierra, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it in no time. He also took the time to check the inside of the dryer and found a ton of lint buildup that wouldn’t have been seen by us during our routine cleaning. Thankfully, as there was a bunch of lint buildup that could have caused a fire. We are so appreciative of his extra efforts. Would highly recommend.

Martin came out and fixed our dryer which we just got last week! It didn’t work immediately after install and we were so upset, plus had to wait until after Christmas for someone to come out. Martin was so great and knowledgeable. He found the issue deep inside the machine and then decided to check everything out just to make sure we would not have any other issues. We finally have a working dryer!
