Chad and others were very friendly and honest on the work that needed to be done.
Had other estimates done to convert from oil to gas comfort now came at the best price with a high efficiency heater as the others came in higher with a standard heater.
Installation was done in two day of Signing the proposal.
Would highly recommend Comfort now.

We purchased an HVAC system for our home 18 months ago from Comfort Now. Since that time we’ve had no issues with our system. We are pleased with the ease of temperature regulation and the efficiency of the system. We travel often and are away from the house quite often. Recently we were away and needed a thermostat check because the app told us it was off line. We called the office and asked Heather who answered the phone if they would be able to check it out. I called at 1pm on a Friday and Heather had the technician Greg on site by 3pm the same day!! This company aims to please and everyone on staff lets their actions speak, they well walk the walk when it comes to customer service. It turned out to be a Comcast issue and nothing to do with the HVAC. Greg determined that the thermostat was working perfectly and offered to adjust the temperature if we prefer, he was patient and kind as was Heather the whole way through. My experience as a homeowner with a wide array of contractors is that very few operators are as customer centric as Bobs team at Comfort Now. I just had a great experience today with Comfort Now when I requested service for no heat. This was the first time I needed service since Bob McAllister acquired the company I selected to install our HVAC system. The technician, Yanni, arrived within two hours of my call, diagnosed the system promptly, explained in detail what was wrong, and how he performed the diagnosis. When I asked him if he could also perform the periodic maintenance, he was able to spend the time to analyze and verify that every component of the system is now operational. Yanni was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable; he even spent some extra time to explain to me how to adjust the thermostat to optimize cost and extend the life of the equipment.

Later, I received a call regarding the service performed, and Emily explained that the part that needs to be replaced will be covered under the warranty that was offered by the previous company. She offered an ongoing maintenance plan at a fair price. Emily was professional, and she took the time to explain the options and tradeoffs in selecting a plan.

I feel fortunate that my HVAC company is Comfort Now by Bob McAllister.
