Stopped at this location on 4/4 and Abbey and Brenda were absolutely amazing! Excellent customer service and without a doubt I would recommend Team Mobile (especially at Cape May Court House)

First let me say that I have been with sprint/T-Mobile for 22 years and spent thousands of dollars with this retail store, being cell phones,tablets,ear buds,speakers etc, etc.went in there in September to upgrade my phones for me and wife,Gary the store manager has always giving me good service up to this point.however they quoted me a monthly price and it was not even close.(see pic)contacted Gary about problem,he said he would get back to me with explanation of what happened.he never got back to me. I had to call T-Mobile customer care and after telling them about my horrible experience I had with the retailer,they were able to resolve the problem.I can’t say enough about tmobiles customer care,they are great!!However if you use this retailer be very careful.I will never do business here again.And ( Gray,the store manager )needs a training course on how to deal with a long time customer or any customer with alittle bit more respect.by the way the quoted price was $268.42 a month,when bill came in it $312.32.Watch out people!!!!! lol. Sorry you missed the mark. Hell you guys weren’t even close,lies lies and more lies. People are going to catch on to what’s happening here!!and by some of the reviews it’s quite clear.i had to go to tomsriver T-Mobile store and their I found the professional team of employees who heard what happened and corrected the issues quickly and professionally,forget about cmch retailer T-Mobile and go to a real store.Gary you suck as a store manager and should be fired immediately,I will never give you the opportunity to sell me nothing again.

I was having trouble transferring my service over from being on my daughter's acct. to my own acct. Went into the Rio Grande store, the girl there wasn't much help. She told me to go home & call Customer Care. I did and in the long run, they told me I had to go back to the store and have them call Customer Care from there. Not only did Stephen help me to get it all straightened out, but he also helped my husband get something straightened out as well. GREAT customer service, and he and the girl he was working with were just great people as well! Thank you Stephen for all your time, help, & patience with us old people!

Spent many hours there today. The place was packed. Abbey was are agent she was absolutely outstanding. That girl works well under pressure. Her customer service is beyond words. One of the best sales agents I've ever had in my life. You are truly blessed to have her.

The store manager was not professional at all! Customers are inside for whatever their needs are and he is yelling at some poor worker with longer curly hair. Felt very bad he was embarrassing and talked down on her. Not cool.. I wouldn’t feel comfortable getting helped by him.

Cape May Courthouse store is amazing. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I had several questions and phone issues. Answered my questions and solved all my phone issues. Thank you guys!

Nice and local. I guess going on the weekend was a bad idea. Though only have two individuals and a family of 6 being processed it took longer than expected. Another person was comfortably wait but it was obvious they too were getting tired of the wait. An additional couple came in but after experiencing the antics of the crew of customers and lag time they left. I drew the line when after 40 minutes elapsed an I was still in the Q. I left. I went home changed and bought my new phone. Took 5 minutes. I loved the location but weekends are a no go there. Customer service very nice and appologies were noted. But I was not buying a car or appliances that it would take so long. However it was the weekend and folks were doing basic stuff. Overall nice.
