It was actually my first time trying it and food is great, clean kitchen, plenty of space. The place is taken care of. The only issue i faced was that i got charger for an extra meat without asking for, and when i showed the manager the app she pretended that there was an offer on the app but i was actually overcharged. Other than that food was good.

What can I say, chipotle slays and this one is no exception. Today is opening day and the place is humming with life. The service was top tier. Check out this new chipotle location. Best of luck to all the new employees 🙏.

Ordered steak bowl for my kids. They are out of steak so we decide to wait. Check in 7 minutes later and they say it's almost ready. Come back 5 minutes later after I hear someone call out steak. I get there and they sold out all the steak and my kids half prepped bowl is nowhere to be found. I ask what happened and everyone just looks around and ignored us. They had to start cooking from scratch again. What's worse than their lack of customer attention is the lack of management to take care of clients. Got a refund and drove my kids somewhere else to get proper service.

Listen, it's a fast-food version of Mexican food, but it's so much better than the Bell, and that queso! Seriously, a side of their guacamole and some Cool Ranch Doritos is a meal in itself. But I digress. As lunch options go, in Cape May Court House, this is quick, easy, and healthier than some of the alternatives, unless you drown that burrito bowl in that glorious queso.

I visited this Chipotle on 08/13/2024. Erica took my order and she was nice and attentive. However, the barbacoa and carnitas tacos were SUPER SALTY 🙁 and the supply was really low.... even the vegetables... not sure if they were running out but did not look very inviting or appealing.
My order was to go so I found out how salty the tacos were only when I got home.... sadly, I could not even eat them. Glad I also ordered the steak which was less salty. The pro was the guacamole and chips.
Hoping they can use less salt in their meats; otherwise, I will be going somewhere else.

clean restaurant! however i went at 12 pm and they were out of veggies for the day, gave me frozen guacamole, and didn’t know how to wrap a burrito. the employees were nice but definitely needed some training!

Absolute worst food poisoning of my life from this spot. Literal agony and feeling like my body is deteriorating from the inside out is an understatement, almost had to hit up the hospital. What the absolute did yall put in this .
