Stopped in on the way home because we were starvinggggg and didnt know where else to go... The woman who waited on us was very nice. She was accommodating, they had coloring books, etc . That part of things were great.

They had a deal for pizza fries and soda so we figured lets just to that because it was cheap! The reason for the low stars is because the pizza wasnt good at all. It was soggy, the kind where you pick up and half of it falls apart and limps over. The cheese seemed a bit thick, but that may be because of the soggy pizza idk.

I dont think we'd ever go back tbh.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been trying to contact them for them to make my issue right, and I keep getting ignored on Facebook and being told there isn’t a manager on. On 11/5 I came in and ordered a cheese steak with mozz cheese and a large pizza. Also grabbed stuff when we got there too. When I got home I realized they gave me fries and not a cheese steak. I tried calling to see if I could just get credit for one for the next time, and the Girl did nothing and hung up on me. I just wanted my money back for it or to be able to be credited one since I didn’t get what I ordered. The only option the girl gave me was to drive a half hour back to the store to pick it up right then, and I couldn’t because I had to work. I just wanted them to make the mistake right. I constantly order chicken tenders and ask for no sauce.. then get the chicken tenders and they’re covered in honey mustard. I let that go a lot, but being over charged for fries basically isn’t cool in my book. Are you guys ever going to make this right? I have left my number on your Facebook page as well as with the people who answer the phones and still have not heard back.. it’s a shame you can do that to consistent customers

I have been eating here for the past 6 months. It was my dad’s favorite place before he passed away. The pizza has always been good. I just went in there and got a cheesesteak and fries and a couple slices of pizza. It was absolutely disgusting. The pizza was soggy, the cheesesteak was bland and tasted like cat food or at least smelled like it. The fries were soggy without any salt. Aside from this while we were eating, both of us got sick. It’s obviously way too quick to be good poisoning, I truly believe the food was just so disgusting it made us both ill.

Aside from this there is something else I saw that will make me never go back. When I first arrived to pick up my order I was outside smoking and was looking through the window. The guy who makes the cheesesteaks was in the middle of preparing an order. If it was mine I would of just left, I have worked as a chef for the past 12 years, the general rule in most places I’ve work is it is appropriate to touch uncooked for with your bare hands. Now I disagree with this rule so I wear my gloves at all times. When I arrived I observed the cook couldn’t get what looked like a meatball sub in the box. He had to cut it down to fit in the box. He used his un gloved hand to touch all over this poor person’s sandwich. After that he tried putting the lid on a container of cheese fries. This guy literally took the palm of his hand with no glove and pressed down on the entire order fries to make them fit. That is absolutely disgusting, that man takes no pride in his job and doesn’t seem to comprehend the fact that people can die as a result of bad food handling practices. The scary part is this genius is doing this in front of a giant glass window, is they are willing to do this in a place anyone walking in or walking by to see, it scares me to know what they do were people can’t see. I have never done this but personally I think I’m gonna request my bank to fight this, i don’t feel right paying for food that I was scared to give to my dog. I assure you if one thing, I am currently as I wrote this fighting being nauseous, if I do end up with food poisoning I’ll be sending the board of health to visit. My head chef always says if you pay peanuts you end up employing monkeys. If your not willing to put the money in and pay for the proper people to put out quality products there is really no reason to run a restaurant

Was told 20 min for my order to be finished. Came in 25 minutes after then was told another 20 minutes. Be upfront about the times. If you are short handed it's fine but don't Is continuously lie. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Never again for a Mediocre pizza.

They really have the reputation for telling customers their order will be a certain time but then upon showing up they kept saying the order will take “10 mins” I have been sitting here for over 30 mins. There are a ton of people waiting for pick up… one lady stormed out and wanted a refund. Save yourself a terrible experience and just don’t go. Workers are miserable….. was told “our ovens seem to be slow today”. BULLSHIT

It's been a bit and can't leave a new review... being a chef, retired, you don't treatyour customers like that.... Alfredos owner .... you know whom I'm talking about. I would take 3 outof 5 stars from you because of your poor customer service tonight, 9/28/2024 just with the "girl" answering the phone.. her ignorance and arrogant attitude towards your customers,...... deserve a health department call for her ... if that could solve the problem. Being a retired chef. That's the last thing you need in your restaurant!! Other than that,... food was great tasting, delivery driver was great. And yeah. Got a lot on video... driver is were you need to double pay.... damn great driver. I'd would have loved to have her on my team back then..

I got the Cheesesteak Italiano. Garlic Bread makes it Italiano. I was hoping for more Italiano. The garlic bread was good. The meat was a little dry and I would have liked more cheese. Guest Eater Jordan liked it.

Lady who answers the phone is very rude and miserable ! I’ve worked at a pizza shop before and would never talk like she did. I asked what kind of slices they had and she refused to tell me and said “you can come in and look for yourself”. & another time they got my order wrong and made me pay extra to fix it. I was a loyal customer as well it is sad.
