Wanted to love it but didn’t. Cool location, friendly staff and a nice place to watch a band. However the food was not good. We went home with heartburn and upset stomach’s. The brisket was the only good thing. Sweet-and-sour carrots were basically cooked carrots soaked in soy sauce. Potato salad was basically cooked potatoes soaked in vinegar. The pulled chicken was smothered in a gross yellow mustard sauce.

Atmosphere was laid back, friendly and welcoming. Service was fantastic and fast!! Food was very yummy and portions were great size. We had the brisket cheese steak, the pretzel, mac n cheese, and the pulled chicken sandwich. Our beers were also very delicious, I had the shandy it was light and refreshing, just what I was hopung for. We can't wait to come back! We are very excited to have somewhere like this so close to home!

We came upon this brewery while in the area for one night, and so glad we did. Delicious food made to order, and the vibe was so fun and also family friendly for a brewery. The band playing was so good and it wasn't over the top loud, and the staff and service was so great, everyone was so nice and helpful. My husband is an avid beer lover and was on cloud 9 with all the varieties on tap, most of which he surprisingly never had tried. And try e cocktails were also amazing. Highly recommend going.

Their new location is amazing! Ludlam truly did an amazing job giving an old bowling ally life again. The food was phenomenal! We actually have what we want to order picked out for our next visit lol I highly recommend visiting the new location! It’s nice to not only have amazing beer, but to be offered a full bar menu as well as food. Congrats on your re-grand opening! Wishing all the best!! Can’t wait to visit again!

Original review: The beer at Ludlam is great! We had one that was a bit spicy… Very interesting! Their current location is a little small, but we were told that they are moving to a new building which is great for them because they are a wonderful brewery! The staff was very nice! Highly recommend checking them out!!

Spacious, clean and attractive facilities. Beer menu nice and food was delicious. We ordered kielbasa and baby back ribs, both tender, hot and juicy. We definitely will go back.

Beer is great and I can say the same about the service and staff......The food was pretty underwhelming for me. Collard greens were very bland , Ribs were half way decent but very mustardy and that flavor overwhelmed it for me. I was really looking forward to trying the food. Beer is still very good though!

Great local brewery, with a full bar, food and live entertainment. Excellent selection of beers and cocktails on tap. The BBQ is really good (we had pulled pork, brisket, cheesey fries and a couple sandwiches). Everything was good. This place should be a "go to place" for anyone visiting the Ocean City/ Sea Isle area. Find it, map it and be there!
