I come to Starbucks once a year for a cute little holiday beverage. I was having a really crappy day and decided today was the day. Customer service here was phenomenal but when I was handed my drink it felt light. I pulled out of the driveway and opened the cup to find a tall amount of beverage in a grande cup. Almost $9 for 2/3 of a coffee, Bummer! Stop playing with me Starbucks!

Well, this is one place to get your coffee at and they make sure they do it right every order is made the way you want it and you know how Starbucks is always trying to do the right thing for the customer. There’s plenty of chairs to sit at. You can also go to the drive-through if you need to. They sell desserts and you can charge your cell phone inside.

I drive past 2 other Starbucks to get to this one:) the workers are friendly, polite and engaging in conversation for the 30 seconds your there. Great job ! Love it here

Came in for a pink drink on a 85 degree day to quench my thirst and only got 5 sips out of my drink. It was filled to the top with ice. Paid almost $6 for this drink, the staff really need to watch how much ice they put into drinks. Severely disappointed, never coming back to this location.

The first time I went to this location, I had a wonderful experience. Since then, the service leaves a lot to be desired!!!! I walk in and nobody acknowledges you! Today, the girl gave me huge smile then seemed liked she was going to take my order. But….she turned and did something else! I just walked out.
Starbucks has gotten too big to value the customer anymore!

I live extremely close to this location so I frequently patronize and want to commend the entire staff on how well they do their jobs. They are efficient, friendly, and conscientious every morning I go there. Product is always good and consistent, however it’s the staff that keeps me coming back 👍
