Another trip to Nano 2 weeks ago I dropped my iPhone . Screen was all over the place and numbers didn’t work . Nano swapped out my face plate . The entire face of my phone and I was up and running . No need to pay for a new phone . Nano saved the day !!!! Reasonable price 😉

I went in to try and get an older tablet to work but they said it would cost more than it was worth. She seemed very knowledgeable and I appreciated that. I've used them 4 or 5 times and never had a problem with their service or there prices. And they got my items back to me in a reasonable amount of time.

Fantastic Service, my phone lives to operate for a while longer, James is a fantastic Tech, he kept seeking the solution to the problem and didn't quit till it was fixed. thank you James. I've broken my 4 year old Moto Z4 3 more times since James fixed it. Angela was amazing, all 3 times I needed a new screen, she fixed it again. Fantastic service.

I am updating this review as of today (Oct. 25, 2022)...I received a call from the owner who wanted to make everything right and offered to reimburse me for a higher quality wireless mouse. I am happy to have received the call and the sincerity of the owner! Thank you, Nano! I need to be honest with the overall treatment I received from the people in the store at the time I picked up my laptop. I DO appreciate the call and hope the employees are not as distracted in the future. I WOULD consider going back to Nanotech in the future.

Had a problem reconnecting a new pair of Beats earbuds to my IPhone after disconnecting old pair because I lost one! After struggling to reconnect went to Nano Tech Solutions where they were able to fix my problem and reconnect new earbuds in no time! Thank you so much for all your help in getting things reconnected and me back to my music! Awesome shop with very helpful!
