At first the whole project was confusing. He came to the site once for the test pits. When the project started he never came to the site to walk through. The contractor and the homeowner called the office and we where lucky if we received a call back. Brian as a person is a good man. As a business owner he can use some improvements with his work ethics.

Great initial consultation and professionalism with brian murphy and than zero follow through and customer service from him or mv engineering. Never heard from him again, he never went to the site and we never heard back from him again after leaving 3 messages over a three week period after the deadline which ended up losing us a house to another bidder awaiting his long overdue proposal that never came,
