Horrible place. Terrible customer service. We've been waiting over a month for someone to fix our washer. The amount of money spent at the laundry mat we could have just bought a new one. They have lied about calling & leaving voicemail, missed appointments & just overall some of the rudest people we have spoke to. Especially the woman covering the phone calls. She will absolutely lie to get you off her phone. She definitely doesn't want to do any work. She has basically hung up on us because it was clock out time during our phone call. If you're smart you'll make sure you never have to do business with these people.

Lied to my face. My home warranty company had them assess my water heater. They refused to look at it due to an exhaust being against code. It wasn’t. Claim was bogus and denied. Friend came over and had it working in less than 5 minutes. Do not waste your time. Unless they are contracted to install a simple appliance I’d rather go without until someone else could help me.

We called Tutors to replace our A/C and had the best experience. We were leaving town at the time and they came and assessed the situation when every other company required us to be here. They came out the first possible chance and had our whole indoor and outdoor unit replaced in less than a day. And at a better price than I was originally quoted from a competitor that worked on the unit a month prior. Cannot thank them enough for how quickly and efficiently they worked for us!

They are the only contractors for First American Home Warranty in this area. I had put in a request for my small freezer to be fixed. They missed 2 appointments. We have now been waiting for well over a month. The first they called and said they had a bigger job to do. This last time they just didn't show, nor called to reschedule. FAHW has sent them in the past for other jobs and one of the men was rude and unprofessional.

Don’t let these folks anywhere near your plumbing. Fella came out for a leaky faucet. Made it leak worse (a stream not a drip) and then let it run for two weeks while we got a new faucet (never heard of next day shipping I guess). When he finally came out to fix it he broke a pipe in my wall. He promised he’d be back in a week to fix it and then went completely radio silent. Would not return my calls or the home warranty folks calls. I went months with a broken bathroom. Finally was able to get a really professional business to fix what he broke and make it right. I understand they have had to clean up after these folks before! Do not use them!

Do not waste your time with these folks. Called to get my dryer worked on and they told me it would be a $135.00 service charge then parts and labor. They was suppose to come the following week. They never called or nothing. Had dryer repaired for much less than their service fee. A month later they called me wanting to know if I still needed my dryer worked on, I replied no that was a month ago. The lady told me I didn't have to be rude. LOL... I hung the phone up. I don't know how they are in business. Don't waste your time.

Like so many of these poor reviews, I also called to make an appointment for my washing machine to be looked at & hopefully repaired with what I understand to be not too hard of a fix. Was quoted $150 for the trip to Fulton, MS, plus parts if any were needed. The next week I never got a call to set a time for the following day nor heard from them. I never bothered calling again as I just thought that apparently they didn’t need my business. Thank God I didn’t lose any money! Finding another business now.
