My husband and I cooperated fully with the extensive paperwork, interview, testing (done in 2 visits), and the appointment to discuss the diagnosis (Alzheimer's, dementia, autism, delusions). Yet because my husband was in complete denial, there was no way to get help with any of the very serious problems. A few months after his diagnosis he cleaned out our joint bank account, took almost a million dollars in retirement savings and left the state. I repeatedly begged the center to provide me with a document stating that he was incompetent and should not have access to the retirement account (Vanguard strongly advised me to do this) and the center absolutely refused to assist me in any way. My husband never came back and the center offered no suggestions or assistance whatsoever. My family is financially devastated. The entire episode was eye-opening and life-shattering. My husband didn't even say goodbye to his children. Yes, you will get a diagnosis. Then nothing.

I was a little disappointed “the subject” wasn’t accepted to participate in the medicine trial. The qualifications explained to me over the phone were not consistent with what was told to me in person. The drive to the center was for not. That is the reason for the 3 out of 5 rating. I cannot rate the center on any other services since I didn’t experience anything else while at the center.
