Sweet owner who does awesome work! I needed my daughter's outfit monogrammed last minute for pictures. She got it done same day and it looked great! Exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend going to them for any screen printing or embroidery needs.

I'm disappointed and angry with their "lack of" service. More like extremely poor communication. Because of it, our team had to go without a team shirt. I put in an order for 6 T-Shirts to have one color front and back on sleeveless shirts. I understand that most T-Shirt printing companies don't like to print for less than 12 shirts, or even 20. However, I was told that 6 would be okay. I figured it was because I had a good repor with the company since I've used in the past for both our Squadron volleyball and softball teams at Keesler AFB.

The T-Shirts I was requesting were for a Spartan Race. We ordered them 2 weeks in advance. A week prior I receive a call asking for additional information on the T-Shirts. All of which was hand delivered to the them days prior. I had to clarify sizes, color and due date. Then, 4 days prior I call asking on the status. That's when I was told that their machine was "broke" and missing the part that dries the heat. And that they wouldn't be able to do them. I was then asked again when they were due, and was confirmed that once the part comes in they'd do them for us.

Then the next day I called to clarify if everything was okay because I was sensing that they were not wanting to do them. I was rest assured that the part was expected that afternoon and they'd be ready Friday morning; the day before the race. After noon had passed I called just to see when I should pick them up. That's when I was told they couldn't do them.

My frustration, disappointment and anger come from the fact they NEVER called me to communicate their situation to me in the first place. I just so happened to call them 4 days prior asking on their status. Which in turn prevented me from finding help elsewhere "in time". What blows my mind is that in a job where part of your service is customer service I feel that this by far the rudest example of a company that has NO respect for their customers. And when I expressed my frustration, they could have cared less. I wonder if I would have even heard from them at all, had I not called 4 days prior.

Like I said, I've used Blax Screen Printing in the past for both our Squadron volleyball and softball teams. I will not be using them again. I'd rather drive to Picayune (over 30 miles away) at Bret's T-Shirts then return to such poor service.
