It's been a great experience seeing our idea come to life. Working with Gembah is a great option in lieu of hiring a team which has enabled us to continue working on other projects while raising our family. They are also proactive in helping us navigate the current financial / tariff landscape.
The portal is incredibly easy to use and the team is responsive. We are seasoned professionals so understand that timelines shift and Gembah has been transparent when this happens. While all of our products are forged by hand from scratch, we do have accessorial pieces (pendant bails, necklace chains etc.) that are sourced directly from manufacturers. Gembah was instrumental in helping us drive down unit costs and negotiating a better deal with a manufacturer who was of far superior quality than our current manufacturer. Can't say enough good things about their professionalism and dedication to ensuring we were completely satisfied.
