Great software, and amazing customer service.
Not sure what the bad reviews are talking about, they always answer right away when calling them, and anyone I speak to is very helpful and accomodating.
Also, reonomy's data is very accurate compared to other trusted commercial companys. (I mainly use it in Florida)

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is awful, contracts are not clear that it is a 1-year obligation, with automatic renewal. I asked for a cancellation after using them for 3 years, and they delayed it, said they would talk to management, and it took about 6 weeks to get the same response of No. Furthermore, the software is outdated, interface is not user friendly, information is not very up to date, and you're generally better off using their competitors.
I believe their business is getting people to commit for a year, and lock them in knowing that there's no way they would otherwise renew. Garbage service and product.

Both customer service and software are terrible. They continue billing you even when your account is inactive, got billed for over $3k!!! , I purchase non performing debt and 98% of the leads were wrong. The software is outdated. Got negative responses from most lenders. Waste of money. There’s better software out there

This company is awful to deal with. They never pick up the phone. Their data and phone numbers were poor and they try to intimidate you when you want to cancel. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this CANADIAN company.

Overall really bad service. My reasons:

1. Reonomy is the only platform that made me pay the entire year up front (compared to Costar & Yardi Matrix)
2. eXp made a deal with Reonomy for a discounted price about a week after I had signed a year-long contract. I was so excited to get started with Reonomy and when asked if they would help me pay a lower price, closer to the eXp deal, there was no help.
3. The gentleman I signed my contract through was extremely unpleasant to work with. Left a really sour taste in my mouth.
4. Even in my email with "Customer Service", I asked about when my contract ended and my question was ignored. They offered me a "30%" discount on an annual renewal.

Their solution is like getting food poisoning at a restaurant and getting a 30% discount to go get food poisoning again... No I will pass and just go with Costar.

This company is giving out my name and contact information without my permission. I have been receiving emails, texts, and calls asking about properties I do not own nor manage since June 2022. I have reached out several times to have my information removed. Every time that I do, I am told my info will be removed and I experience a lull in calls and emails. But then a few months later they start to pick back up.

I am so tired of being contacted by people about properties. A simple LinkedIn search (and attention to previous conversations I have had within your messages) will show you that you have the wrong Megan Robert. STOP SELLING MY INFORMATION TO PEOPLE ON YOUR PLATFORM. REMOVE IT AND LEAVE IT OFF!

We have been using Reonomy for about 5 months now and I’m not happy at all with the results. 90% of the phone numbers are wrong. I hate how they lock you into automatic payments . I guess that’s the only way they get business because as soon as you figure out it’s worthless you have no way to get out of it.

I can't get any help blue boxes cover the buildings BUYERS BEHWARE you can't see the buildings anymore. I'm told they only have sales people nobody else I won't be paying these people anymore. USELESS OLD INFORMATION
