It's always scary for a small business when a long time I.T. manager retires. For us it was a hard decision to either rehire another inhouse I.T. professional or look to outsource our needs to a local I.T. service company to handle our computers, networks, servers, etc.

We ultimately decided a team of professionals with the latest advances in both online threat protection, email protection, and many other services that protect and help our business be more efficient is what was needed. We started working with CSSI over a year ago and the experience has been totally top notch. No matter if its them remoting in to help an employee with a basic issue, or even coming on site, seemingly minutes after a call, their level of service has really been tremendous. With the large staff they have on hand locally, I know as our business continues to grow, CSSI will be able to continue the high level of service they provide us far into the future.

CSSI is a WONDERFUL GROUP OF PEOPLE. They are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, especially Tyler. He replaced/installed numerous computers at my office and has made learning a new system so much easier. Having been used to my old system, I was truly concerned about the need to learn Windows 10 (with which I had a little experience and truly hated). However, Tyler did the setup in such a way that it mirrored what I previously had and it wasn't necessary for me to learn a great deal of new things. He has made the learning experience much more pleasant and expedient for me. There have been a few matters that had to be tweaked after the install, but all I had to do was contact him (via e-mail) and he was able to remotely take care of everything. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your computer hardware/software needs. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The people at Computer Services & Solutions were so incredibly helpful. I called in a complete panic and in a time crunch to deliver a wedding video to a client with my entire laptop full of storage. The video just wouldn't copy to a USB I had purchased. I brought my computer, USB, and video to them and in less than 45 minutes they had the problem fixed without any issues at all. They were kind, helpful and made my day. I came in that day very stressed and left with my entire day turned around. I can't thank the Computer Services staff enough, especially Tyler and Daniel who followed through with the service. Thank you for what you did for me and to everyone else with a technical difficulty or computer problem, these are the right people for you! They will not disappoint and will get the job done. Very smart people.

CSSI was great to me. I am a very busy student who desperately needed a short-notice laptop repair for school. It was done in 15 minutes. The price was very fair and the service very friendly. I am positive I would have spent more money and lost twice the time if I had gone somewhere else for my repair. Special thanks to Tyler for taking care of my computer.

After looking at all of the computer repair shops reviews around Lexington, I decided that CSSI was the place to go to get my computer fixed, and I hope you will too.

My computer refused to turn on Sunday evening and I was unable to take it in to be repaired until Friday. While they were unable to work on it until Monday, and I didn't get an actual diagnosis until Tuesday, they put up with my constant calling and anxiety from having been without my computer for so long. The prices are reasonable, which is very important to me as a college student, and Tyler was able to give me several options on how to deal with my computer's bad memory stick, along with price estimates for them all.

I appreciate their service so much, it will be the only business in Lexington that will be able to work on my computers from now on!!!

Wonderful Company and people! We are a large Presbyterian Church in downtown Lexington and have used CSSI for 6 years. Daniel and his team do everything for us, IT, phones, wireless needs, camera/security, integration of all of our AV, server maintenance, backups of data, website security and updates and much more. Basically they are a one stop shop. It is so nice as the manager of all of IT needs to go to one company that can handle our issues. All of CSSI staff is courteous and also very respectful of our time. All appointments and installations are set up for our convenience. I would not think to have our business with any other company than CSSI, they are at the top of their field for customer service and knowledge.

Tyler Rusk at CSSI handled the entire move quickly and professionally. CSSI is a great place to take your computer/laptop/etc. if you are having problems!
They are professional, timely, and always keep you up to date on their progress with your machine.
I recently took my laptop to CSSI after it contracted a virus and my attempts to clean it went awry. I told them what my troubles were, and left. Within just a few days I received a call about their progress. I continued receiving such calls until the final call in which they informed me that my computer was fixed (and at a very reasonable price).
I would HIGHLY recommend CSSI to anyone and everyone with computer troubles!
