WORST COMPANY AND PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH!!! I’m so glad my family was able to get out of a lease with them when they tried to give us a rental property that was not even MOVE IN READY, sanitary, and had plumbing issues! PLEASE READ AND BELIEVE THE REVIEWS LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

This was the WORST experience I’ve EVER been in! They tried to keep our almost $5000 deposit until we got out lawyer to reach out then they sent our refund but still kept the dumb “admin fee” and took out the over night UPS fee!!! PETTY!!! haha

We got the keys at 9am went to the property with ALL OUR STUFF U-Haul and truck filled up!! Just to find the whole place a mess no paint on the walls no cleaning dust all over the floors from sandpapering the walls a man installing a tub rug stained bathroom and tubs dirty with hair IT WAS CRAZY! We then go to the leasing office in Lehi and they stop us from entering and after arguing for a refund they call the cops on us!!! Then they tell us the rental property will be ready at 2pm went there and turn on the tub that was being installed and we can hear gushes of water coming from downstairs and we go downstairs to find a waterfall coming out of the ceiling in the laundry room!!! The place is still not painted not ready it just looks like it was mopped and counters wiped down it was still disgusting!!!! Their response everytime we called the office was for us to put in a maintenance request!

The leasing office was rude as hell and I feel racist the cops came and told us they were called for a disturbance 🤯🤯🤯 we tell the cops what happened and they tell us we’re at the right place!!!! I can not believe they been scamming people for yearsssssss PLEASE SEE THE PHOTOS, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR ALL THE WRONG THEY DO TO PEOPLE!!! Hit me up if you tryna shut this place down im ALL FOR IT!!!!!!!

Our place was completely spotless when we moved out. They DO NOT let you be with the Rese employee who inspects your home after you have cleaned. Of course they LIED about all these issues to keep most of my refund!

I have the pictures that prove every alligation was a lie. And when anything doesn't work they blame you and say the tenant should pay for it.

The outside vendors who came out to fix things told Me Rese was the worst because they want to pay the cheapest amount to fix anything.

Most of the vendors had to justify why Rese had to pay for it,

Don't even get me started on the outdated wiring in the complex I was in. LoL

I still may sue the company it would be an easy win as they have no proof stuff was left.

Also why is the tenant leaving NOT allowed to do an exit walk thru with a Rese member?
Can you answer that Rese?

Also the poles are bending looks like the building is going to collapse. Just go look no need to take pictures. lol

These guys are crooks and they allow there tenants to sub-lease there property and allow them to scam people they got me for 6700 dollars in one day for a 2000 dollar deal. RENTERS BEWARE!!! MEANWHILE THE TENTANT SMOKES IN THE HOUSE WITH OXYGEN AND HAS SEIZURES!!!!!! NOT GOOD PEOPLE AT ALL

*UPDATE* (11/01/24) Read on to see that you can take this company to court and win!!! Shady people. I literally went with a friend to drop off a rent payment on the first of the month. They were too lazy to check the Mail Drop box and accused her of being late three days later…WHEN THEY FINALLY CHECKED THEIR MAIL DROP BOX. Then they tried to blame their negligence and poor work ethic on her!!! Here’s an idea: check your Mail Drop box on the first when rent is due.

Then they tried to add on predatory fees. Avoid renting from this property management group at all costs. You’ll find more ethical people in high-security prisons and the Russian Kremlin before you’ll find them at Rees.

*UPDATE* (11/01/24) The renter boldly and bravely took Rees to court over their excessive fees and shady business practices — she easily won the case!!! Rees was forced to return the bogus fees AND pay the court fees. Kudos to her, but shame on Rees. The folks at Rees are petty, shameful, and unethical. Avoid renting from them like the plague!

I should’ve googled the reviews before signing this lease. I found a Rese Property on KSL last year. It was a great location beautiful neighborhood and great affordable price, how ever upon trying to get a return of my deposit I have ran into a big snag. I paid $3300 for the deposit. Rese PM has taken the entire deposit claiming that my family and I created that much in damage and cleaning fees! Which is totally ridiculous!! They are over charging me for minor repairs and things that come with owning a property such as paint and trimming a tree that was there when I moved in. If I am not able to resolve this issue reasonably with the office I will be taking this matter to small claims court because this is outrageous and I am truly disappointed and highly upset! I feel like I’ve been discriminated against.

Beware: Terrible Experience with This Company

Stay way from renting from this company!! My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. They promised to clean the apartment prior to my move-in, but it was filthy when I arrived. Their customer service is appalling, they lie about everything and try to charge you for every little thing.

Even when presented with proof of their lies, they ignore it or act like they don’t know what you're talking about. When confronted with bad reviews, they have the audacity to blame the tenants instead of taking responsibility for their own shortcomings. This company is dishonest and driven by greed, with incompetent employees who make the entire process even more frustrating. They are simply a money-hungry company that doesn't care about their tenants. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

I lived in a home managed by Rese for the last 4 years. The home was lovely, neighborhood was lovely and the neighbors were lovely, you know what wasn’t lovely? Rese property management. Owners and prospective tenants beware, they are just awful. There is a reason for so many poor reviews, they are a poor excuse for a company and only care about profits. Beware and stay away from these people.
