This is the second time I have used Stephen's services and I have always been completely satisfied. It has required him to work on my computer issues remotely because I now live out of state. Computer was "Locked" by hacker, Called Big Blue IT and Stephen came by, picked up my computer and took it to shop removed all malware and returned it the next day.
