We love living here these past 5 years! The apartments are clean , roomy, airtight, well taken care of outside and in. If there are problems that arise (with blinds, DW, etc.) the maintainence guy takes care of it right away and efficiently. We are located near many of Lawrenceberg's businesses and the neighborhood is quiet. The outside is kept up well via yard crew and maintainence team. The only negative we have to speak of is that the rent has gone up each year we have been here - I hope it is ready to level off!

Been at this location for a year and I'm about to sign on for another 12 months. Clean and there's always staff around if you need anything. Feel safe walking my dog in the area, great location in Lawrenceburg 😁

I have lived here for 5 of the 6 years since my divorce moved away once but came back cause i love the location and the manager donna and ann the housekeeper as well they are always there if i need anything and with my daughter living with me i feel safe here as well..i wont ever move from here again!!
