For a mid-priced budget motel, this Best Western exceeded our expectaions. The staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, in fact everything was very clean. Yes, it's an 18-year old motel, but we found absolutely nothing wrong. And the staff - Savannah, Deb, Malinda, Tyler, etc. You talk about small town hospitality - this motel has it - highly recommend!

Phenomenal rooms. And, considering I'm disabled... Hailey (Front Desk), was VERY polite & helpful. I truly appreciate that, in this day and age. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here

Excellent and attentive staff, comfy bed & pillows, luxurious towels, extremely clean, spacious parking lot, plenty of plugs for CPAP machines and cell chargers, typical hotel breakfast. We originally had booked for 4 nights but had to extend our stay for 2 more because we were heading south to our home in Florida where Hurricane Helene had just torn through. Staff was very accommodating regarding the extension. Heartily recommend!

I’ve stayed here twice. The first time was okay but I found a can of dip (tobacco ) under my mattress. I decided to stay here again recently because the choice closer to where I wanted to be, was booked, and I was familiar with this area. I will say that this recent visit was great. It was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Whomever is doing the housekeeping right now is doing a wonderful job. Older white man for maintenance ( maybe housekeeping too)is great, also. I loved how fresh my room was and I had a problem with my tub faucet getting stuck and immediately the front desk sent maintenance and had it resolved.

We have been traveling Coast to Coast and staying at Best Westerns the majority of the time. We are diamond level Best Western customers so we have racked up quite a few nights. I have learned on this trip that you cannot rely on Best Western to be great all the time. That is not the case with this hotel. This hotel in Lawrenceburg Kentucky is what a Best Western should be which is clean, friendly people, efficient, comfortable beds, good air conditioning, decent water pressure, good breakfast, and most of all I really do appreciate the clean room. They even vacuumed the hallway. It really surprises me how a lot of hotels don't bother vacuuming the hallway and it is gross . This hotel should be a model for all Best Westerns to aspire to.

It was OK, little pricey. The best Western we stayed at near the airport was believe or not, was Considerably cheaper and has an awesome breakfast area
