There's definitely shady business being done and I'd advice against any service provided by them.
An associate and I reached out to do some web design and building wth promises of a functional & user friendly navigation webepage system. We agreed with high hopes, being that they were convincing in their abilities and guarantees of a job well done. We did have to pay a deposit $2,000, which seemed excessive, however, we wanted to support local and believed we were in good hands.
After patiently waiting for what was more than a reasonable number of weeks, we felt it necessary to back out due to mainly the poor communication and explanation for the lack thereof. We agreed to pay for whatever services and/or tasks that'd been completed thus far, and just requested a refund of the amount that we'd receive after those costs were deducted.
Finally we got in touch with the owner, who's attitude towards our unsatisfaction was less than welcomed. He took no responsibility for his unprofessionalism.
After enough pressing him, he finally decided to relay to us that his crew of employees assigned to our work order, had walked out on him. He told us we would not receive any of the $2,000 deposit that was put forth, although there was not a single receipt or paper that we were provided that could account for any money.
The excuse that we were given when we demanded he prove the deposit was spent on was absurd. He then tried changing his story saying he had to compensate the employee's. That seemed plausible , but his dishonesty in all he said before that left us curious to check with the employee's themselves.
Not only did he not pay one person, but it turns out his unwillingness to pay them for previous work was to blame for his sudden workload.
He pocketed the money and basically made 100% profit in doing so. SO far from acceptable !!

I recently started a business that I had no idea how to market. I went to Buzz Bizz Creative for some direction. Their staff (namely Rylee) were a huge help! I went in with my cheap, online printed cards and a few marketing ideas and came out with a quality logo, a ton of social media information and now better quality business cards that I feel proud to give out. I especially love my logo because I know every line, color, font, spacing, and size means something. Hours of creative and intuitive thought went into my logo, my business, me. Hired the studio to create a website and business cards, and am extremely pleased with the results and costs associated with it.
Edit, 2 years later...can't stand this place. I discontinued my services with them a year and a half ago, still getting invoices for services I'm not even using. I call every time I get an invoice, tell them to stop service immediately, 3 monts later, get another invoice.

Walk it to the office to request some brochures design and requested to be in while designin because I know exactly what I need on the brochures.
The front desk at tender was 30 min on the phone in front of me,then she put a second phone on a hold and really quick spill the prices in front of me.When I asked her if I can be part of the disign process or communicate with the one who does it she said no.
Then I asked her what if I don't like what the product?She said you tell us and we can modify it for extra charge.
Hmmm....that did not make sense to me.I tried to be persistent and get more info but it seemed she just wanted to get rid of me.
Even if they are good at what they do I got very bad first impression and definitely not recommending them.
The front desk person should be performing great customer service and have sales experience.
TOO bad I could not have the full experience it might even for a reason.

Did some freelance work for this guy on the cheap with the agreement he would leave a good review at the end. The website is still up and running yet he left no feedback at all after weeks of asking him about it.

If you're a freelancer, I would not do business with this guy.
