We were put in touch with Lorrie while out of state and she was prompt to call and introduce herself and get to know us and what we were looking for in a home. She was quick to set showings up for us to see when we were in the area and finally helped us navigate through a new build we hoped would be our home. After multiple difficulties from the builders end, Lorrie was there for us the entire time fighting to get things right! When the builder terminated the contract almost a year into the process she was again quick to set us up with showings and helped us finally get into our home! Basically having two transactions with her she was always there for us and showed us what a transaction should look like when we got under contract and closed in under 40 days on what now is our home! She has put up with a bunch dealing with other realtors through this and always was there for us!! Absolutely recommend her for getting all of this taken care of and more so getting us into our home!
