So, this $20 application fee/waiting list that I have been on since 2002 and still waiting. This process needs to stop immediately. Only collect $20 after you have been on waiting list and finally have been chosen for a property. Just before move in collect $20 not way in advance.

Horrible place, can't even help you. I wanted to rent non restriction income place from them, they don't even know what I was asking because I applied for the low income housing. Wanted to move into no restriction place. I went to the office, the lady that I already live at one of their location. Long story short, unorganized people who act like helping you, when really there not. I had to go though 5 people to help me apply and still can't help me. All they said to the website. If you read it. You cant send online application or fax them. I wanted to get that guys name but he was rude. Wouldn't recommend them. They have beautiful places to stay but bad organization. Need better employees.

This place is a joke, the people in charge treat you like shit and walk around on a high horse. I would never step foot in here again. I asked to speak with manager because the lady was so rude and she happily got her superior who now I know are good friends and did not care how I was being treated. It is just ridiculous and unprofessional not even worth your time.

The girl up front is very rude. I was told I can drop my application off anytime as long as it’s not for the low income housing. I went to go drop off my application & then she said I need an appointment & there’s nothing she can do. She rolled her eyes & didn’t even care to help or set an appointment.

The young adults on my caseload leave feeling more confident & they have a sense of hope for a better future in regard to housing. The staff show phenomenal empathy & respect towards our mutual clients seeking housing assistance & they are understanding to individuals unique circumstances.

Our landlord, charged us for carpet replacement after 6 years of staying in the apartment. We saw them remove carpeting every time someone moved. There was just a chocolate stain left in one of the rooms because of the kids. She also tried to charge us for cleaning services when we had the apartment cleaned over and over before leaving. THERE WAS NOTHING left to clean other than the carpet which was not that bad after 6 years. We had a shampooer. Plus if she already charged us for the carpet, what cleaning is she charging for?
We had a death in the family and were hoping for anything back and we still have to pay CIHA just because our landlord wanted to be strict.
