My first time there was today but certainly won't be the last. Great store, extremely helpful staff. Great selection of plumbing and electric but much more than just that. I will be a regular customer.

I've been to the store many times now spending a lot of money for plumbing and electric for our home. These people are amazing. So grateful to have this store in the area. They are about a 30 minute drive and I could buy from others but they make it such a pleasure to shop there I would rather give them my money.

They have a huge selection of hardware (screws,nuts,brackets,pins) just about any little attachment part your looking for.wich is great for this little town without a home depot. There pricing is about half and half it's either good deal or "are you nuts". The employees are always helpful and friendly. Store is clean and organized .

Our fan motor went out and I called and ask them to come out for service and he said it would probably be next week. He apologized and he told me he was having help issues due to illness. He went on to tell me they had a motor in stock. I went there and bought motor and I had never installed one. He answered a few questions I had. They are the nicest and honest company. John thank you so much for helping me out. My wife and grant kids thank you also.

Set up appointment a week ahead took the day off work and no one showed up no call nothing!!!! poor way to do business!!! obviously not concerned about the inconvenience they caused when I called back. Very disappointed in the service and attitude, it’s a small expectation for a business to keep their word but they obviously didn’t care at all. Called Family heating and air and they showed up as promised definitely will not call this place again!!!
