We had Chef Smiley do catering for our wedding and I loved absolutely everything. The food was delicious and I can’t stop thinking about the Mac and cheese and brisket! She was very professional and understanding of our food allergies; one of our biggest problems was not being able to find anyone who can properly do gluten free food in Fairbanks, and she flawlessly made that happen. For cooking for 100 guests, I’m so impressed and thankful for how delicious everything was.

The only reason why it’s 4 stars instead of 5 is because toward the end a lot of food was given away towards the guests, and my husband and I only ended up with leftover chicken and salmon. I’ll have to just remember how good the Mac and cheese was haha. But it would’ve been nice for the bride and groom to get first pick of the leftovers. All in all I would highly recommend above and beyond catering for any event.

Chef K is very professional and Knowledgeable in her foodservice business. She takes her time in perfecting the great tasting in all the food . She makes sure sanitation is her utmost importance to all of her work. She is always professional dressed in her culinary outfits and clothing. She is very professional in budgeting and the pricing of food to her customers. Overall you couldn’t find a better Chef other than Chef K.

I love her food. I love the way she prepares the food. All the food that she made for me. I could say that it turned out very, very good. I love her food. I would call alone her again to make food for me and my family because my family really loved it. Her food also that she made for us. And we will call on her For my son's home going coming up.
