One of our tablets quit charging and we suspected a bent pin in the charge port. We called Frozen North IT, and Ian responded immediately. Brought my PC in to combine my two drives (one SSD, one HDD) into one big SSD. They were able to get it done in a timely fashion exactly how they described they would, with only a minor hiccup that resulted from some corrupted files on my end.
