This company has very rude and unprofessional customer service that the owners Matt H., along with their office manager provides to their paying customers. My account has been charged more than once without approval because the office manager had moved my emails to her junk mail saying she was unaware of me reaching out to have my account on hold. I called numerous times and emailed with no response from the office manager. I went there in person to drop off their water gallons to discontinue service and the office manager agreed that she would refund my account because it should have never been charged in the first place. I never did receive the refund. I continued to call and email to follow up on it but no response at all. I can care less about the refund but having an explanation to why I wasn’t receiving it is simple business adequacy. This business doesn’t feel bad for their upset customers and has no empathy. This company is very difficult to reach and has no remorse. I have truly never been treated so poorly by a company before. It’s not enough to just have a good product but treating customers as if they are always wrong is dishonorable.

Worst customer service. They need a new office manager that listens and understands their customers. I email and call and never a response. When I do receive a response it’s in a very rude response and they charge my account without authorization with no water delivery.

Prices are hard to beat for filtered good tasting water.
I fill about x5 5 gallon jugs about every two weeks.
And it's very manageable.
