This place used to be good but they have had a steep drop in quality!! I will not be wasting my money there anymore. My Panini is barely toasted! The bread feels soggy and I'd forgive you if you mistaked the drink for being a latte But it's actually supposed to be a "frappe", as you can see there's literally no ice...

First time in, got a yummy loaded burrito, a sludge cup, and a chocolate muffin. The barista at the window was super sweet and gave my dog a treat. However I will not be returning. The compostable cups they use failed on me and I had the entire contents of a 20oz hot coffee spill directly on my lap. After I managed to pull over and deal with everything, I looked at the cup and I still can’t get them to seal back together. Sorry rush coffee, everything else is amazing but that alone just now from the burn is enough to never come back. I won’t down rate the food or service so atmosphere gets a 1 for the cup.

I was on base for 4 days and got a latter with sugar free hazelnut each morning. That was the best coffee I’ve had. The service was always professional, the food was wonderful and the prices were great. Keep up the great work.

Super good food, they are not in a rush. Everything is delicious for a drive through, but it gets busy super fast and everything is made to order. That's a plus when you have the time to wait. Servers are sweet and it's definitely understaffed for a rush of 6 or more cars though.

Coffee is fine, bagel is fine, other drinks and food fine. Would be a three star, if not for, a few glaring issues that have been consistent through my three years on this base:

Always understaffed, stressed staff (management issue).
Slow without a line, with a line... you won't get to the window before your lunch is over.
Inconsistent quality with a small order (at best coffee hut, worst, worse chow hall)
Always wrong or missing on large order (when called ahead) - *in speculation, minimal management support for staff*

Window staff are always doing their best, even when they dont have lots of ingredients. Very helpful and genuinely doing their best. Window staff are the only difference between a one-star.

Their specialty pumpkin coffee was way too sweet for me, but burritos and paninis weee yummy! And the girls were all super friendly and sweet!
