DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They promise to be “just like Needles, but better” and instead they deliver nothing like Needles and way worse! You do not want to make the same mistake our firm did. Over priced and under performing with little to no customer service. The standard response to all issues is “we are working on it”, but they are not. A google
Doc performs better than Neos.

Our firm has used Needles for 15+ years and finally decided to make the jump to Neos. The implementation and training went very smooth with only a few hiccups along the way. There are obviously some things we have to get used to, but if you take the time to learn Neos you can see how powerful of a tool it is. It is definitely and upgrade from Needles as I can already see the new features it brings with the bones of Needles still in place. So far so good!

Extremely disappointed in the Neos product. After using Needles for over 20 years, our firm switched to Neos. Problems with Neos include the following: 1) Inability to manage cases with large document productions. If your case has more than 20 documents, it is nearly impossible to find them in your Neos document tab; 2) Poorly functioning calendar feature. It's impossible to mark items done, there's no differentiation as to whether an item is open, completed, canceled, etc.; 3) Reporting is extremely flawed and unreliable. Most of the built-in reports have glitches, and when they don't, you can never be sure whether the information is correct, so you always have to double-check the information.

Neos has essentially doubled my workload and made our practice more difficult from the beginning of a case to the end.

To add insult to injury, every time we report an issue, it doesn't get resolved. Issues either become open-ended customer service tickets floating into the ether, or they are closed without warning and without the issue being resolved. The third option is Neos will offer to fix the issue, but will charge us $100/hour to pay an engineer to fix something that was supposed to be included in the software.

Don't get Neos. It will make your job harder.

So far its been a terrible experience. We've had a support ticket open for just under 2 months and cannot get a detailed status update other than "Our Product team is still in the process of resolving this issue". This is after multiple screen shares, HAR file collected, and Christian a "Senior Customer Support Engineer" mentioning that they would keep us updated back on 8/24 - we have not received a single Assembly initiated update since. Much more grievances to this story.

Very disappointed in their Neos product for Case Management due to their lack of trouble-ticket support. Still unable to use the feature - received a credit (I believe), but would rather a stable platform with an opportunity to use the features being sold.
