Overcharged me because I am from out of town and didn't know any better. $20 for 3 miles. Also stated he had "other things to do", I take a taxi to not be an inconvenience to others and this made me feel like even more of an inconvenience!

I used coles cab service exclusively while in homer. They were great until they failed to show ( no call/no show/no reply ) for my previously scheduled trip to the airport ( returning home )I wouldn’t rely on them for anything important. It was not a good feeling to be left high and dry without any notice. I have tried to contact management with no luck. I do not recommend them, nor will I use them ever again

I had to figure out how to get groceries delivered to my son all the way from Kansas. I called and explained my situation to Billy. He was so very helpful. Picked them up and delivered them the 18 miles to my boy. He was such a relief for this ol’ mom. Thanks again!!

I had an excellent experience with coles cab. I received 2 separate rides that day...as i was dropping a vehicle off to have some repairs and getting a ride back to collect my vehicle. My driver was Billy Trachsel

Came up to Homer from Virginia to fish and Cole's cab was the right choice. Tucker, Billy and Ian were super friendly and very helpfull. They were always on time getting us where we needed to be. If you're coming to fish all day, don't rent a car, call Coles!
