Great software for the trades. Been using it since 2016 and it has been a wonderful tool to manage and scale the companies I've worked for. Onboarding and familiarizing yourself with the features of it can seem daunting at first - but the benefits of having this software for your company far outweigh the initial pain when you first switch to it. From call booking & dispatching, invoicing, job costing, inventory tracking, integrated supplier price books, payroll, technician KPI's, marketing analysis, review generation, and more... ServiceTitan is a beast. My first operation scaled from >1 mil to forecasted 18 mil in 10 years time. Service Titan is amazing company. It's a premium investment, but something that is so integral to our company it would be hard to trust something that is less. It's not the perfect software, but it seems like they're committed to being the best in class company for the trades. They listen to feedback and constantly iterate to make themselves better. I would not recommend service titan to a reconstruction, painting or welding company. This was way out of their scope but they ensured me they would be able to work for our company and it completely failed. They promised a lot in the sales process and every part of it fell short. It has been nothing but problems for our company and I hope to save another company from making the same mistake. It’s also very expensive compared to other programs out there.
