Did a minor project assignment as a part of their "Hiring stage" and Underwent three interviews - Recruiter, Manager, and VP. Their hiring process took almost a month and even asked me to wait for their VP who went on a holiday. 2 months in, I still haven't heard back, not even a single "automated rejection email." I delayed my other offers and interview for them.

"Nine out of ten candidates expect to hear back after an interview. Considering you have rejected those people for the position, you can at least communicate that to them. Nobody wants to be told they were rejected, but being ignored is even worse. It's common courtesy not to leave candidates in the dark, especially when they're people you have met with and talked to. It'll show you respect for the effort they put into interviewing at your company."

As a talent solution company, this experience only speaks high of what kind of culture you have and what you stand for. A little to no respect for "Communication" and "Ownership."

I hope this only happened to me.

This company has tried to contact me through my current place of employments email a couple times. Not only is that incredibly unprofessional but companies do monitor their employees' email and that could cause a real strain between someone and their place of employment.

On top of that they offered me a job that I haven't done in over a decade and I guarantee it would be a significant pay cut.

They clearly do not care about who they are head hunting.

This company is 100% a scam. The "recruiter" faked the name of a legit recruiter on LinkedIn. I even talked to someone on the phone. I contacted the company after no response and they informed they don't use outside emails. Do no trust anything with this company name on it.

I did a project through them with Walmart and was lied at every stage. First, the recruiter said that the role is to be filled in a few days and then realized its Christmas; then got an interview for another role and realized its Covid so there was a delay in equipment.

I was told that all contracts last three months and get renewed by the same amount of time. I checked with all previous and new candidates to realize that the recruiter is lying.

Later on the recruiter was supposed to get my feedback to look for work elsewhere, but did not get any feedback while I was under contract.

It is sad that recruiters play such tricks to keep you going.
