I would like to make mention of two young men who provided exceptional customer service in their respective departments. Stephen Curtis in sales was phenomenal in handling my sales process and getting me fitted with the perfect car. Excellence all around. Special shoutout to Page who also ensure that my car was properly tinted and that I was comfortable with the outcome of a job well done. He exceeded my expectations and I would recommend him to anyone. Might I add that he has exceptional customer service and a great spirit and communicated very well with me as well as listened and assisted me with the many concerns I had. Way to go Page!!!! Had a horrible experience yesterday while helping a friend who was buying a vehicle. Salesman Jonathan made me so angry I walked out. Came back with my friend as she desperately needed a car and Ashton Griffith changed my mind about buying and was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles!!!! I will be buying from him only!!!!! He is a terrific and professional young man!!! I am the proud owner of a 2022 Toyota Prius , I was so impressed by Ashton‘s professionalism. We purchased the same day as my best friend. If you need a car, go see Ashton he will take good care of you.!!!!!!!!! We will be buying again from him!

Two weeks ago, I bought a 2025 Toyota Crown Nightshade on the condition that they would add ambient lighting, per the sales agreement with the general sales manager. Yet, here I am two weeks later with no updates. I called the service department, but they were clueless and said the managers were out. Honestly, it has been two weeks, and someone should know something. I am also upset with the finance department, which added a warranty without disclosing the full price. The representative only told me how much my payment would increase. It feels terrible to be taken advantage of, especially by another woman. I was at the dealership for over five hours, until closing time, and was tired and hungry. The car wash was awful, and they did not add the gas. My salesman, Emanuel, had to add gas for me. He was great, so this review is not about him. I do love my car, but I should have known better. I live in Orlando and could have picked a closer dealership. Also I never got the extra $500 for trade-in that they advertise on their website.

I have came to this dealer a while back, and I have to say that this is the best dealer I’ve ever been to. I came two different times, to buy two different cars and both of the times I came It was a great experience. The workers here are amazing at their job and they know how to help you out with anything you need. In general I would like to thank a representative seller. Her name is Osiris and she has been such a darling helping us out with the paperwork and with our car. This is a great company and I do look forward to buying here in the future.
