Today, I had a remarkable experience at Mr. Phone Pro in Lakeland while installing my new phone. The staff was very friendly and exceptionally well-informed from the second I walked in. They made it their business to know exactly what I needed and walked me through the entire installation process with the utmost ease. I felt so comfortable that I could have just as easily been at home.
The technician ensured that everything was just right, going through my applications with a fine-tooth comb to ensure they were all installed and functioning properly. He ran through my list of apps, checking off each one. Next, he ensured that my contacts had been transferred and that they were functioning properly too. Then, he moved into the realm of settings.
The store was tidy, and the layout was such that I could easily navigate through its selection of accessories. I had never been to the store before, and I would certainly return if I were looking for accessories or more devices in the future. They also had a few laptops on display. I left the store feeling good about my purchase and also very good about the customer service I had received.
I strongly endorse Mr. Phone Pro for anyone in Lakeland who desires outstanding assistance and service for their mobile gadgets. They surpass all expectations!

They have soooo many ways to help you out here! If you ever need a phone, computer, tablet, a case, or even a PS5 they are the people you need to see! My over all experience with you guys are always excellent. I cracked my screen two weeks ago and was in and out within the hour. Came in yesterday cause I cracked it AGAIN 🤦🏽‍♀️ & just like the first time my phone was ready with in a hour. My son and I both got new phones here today. It was our first time shopping here. Every single person was so nice, so knowledgeable and so helpful. We were there for 2 hours while we waited for our data to transfer and honestly it was a joy watching everyone work and interact with customers. Good price for a iPhone 13 Mini screen replacement. On vacation and needed my phone repaired quick. I dropped off on a Sunday and phone was ready a couple hours later. Great service. These guys seem like they like doing what they do. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

Brought my ps5 in with ethernet port issue and they were so confident that they could take care of the problem for me and they did. First repair had a bad part and with no charge they took it back and fixed the problem for me. Definitely recommended to see these guys for any console questions about getting fixed. Great people!

Avoid Mr. Phone Pro – Total Scam

Don't waste your time or money at Mr. Phone Pro in Lakeland. I purchased an iPhone 11 from them for $350, only to find out it was completely messed up inside. They had the wrong components installed, making the phone unusable. They also made me get their insurance, which turned out to be useless because they refuse to help. Every time I go to the store, they either give me the runaround or flat-out turn me away. At this point, I'm just tired of people straight-up stealing my money. Stay far away from this place unless you want to get scammed.
