Would add more stars if I could. Start off by saying I accidently ordered the wrong one and I also messed up trying to cancel the order. I had someone contact me on CHRISTMAS DAY (if that doesn't scream customer service then I don't know what does) and had everything set straight and had my order out with a tracking number exactly when I was told it would be. It arrived at my door in less than a week. Followed the instructions, plugged in and waited about 30 seconds, horn beeped and the obdgenie light turned green and my camera was working. Obdgenie did what 2 dealerships said cannot be done and was accomplished in less than a half hour including camera install. I Would recommend their product to anyone.

These products work. 2021 GMC Acadia HMI replaced from a Junk Yard non matching VIN Global A Theft Lock, Unlocked the radio in about 90 seconds. Excellent, some how they figure out a way to allow VIN clear then rewrite of the HMI.

The dealership said that no one can unlock a "Theft Locked" radio. Well, ODBGenie did what the dealership said was impossible. All of the features that my radio had before being replaced were present and everthing was working as expected.

Using the device was easy and the craftsmanship superb.

First time user. Had to replace the radio in Chevrolet equinox with a junkyard one that was locked. Worked great unlocked it and it works great. Very fast shipping.

I would never use this product on any vehicle. I was putting in an aftermarket market amplifier and subwoofer setup and bought a wire harness that came with the OBDGENIE(F-aud), after connecting the Genie all of my speakers stopped working except the middle dash speaker, I am now having to pay for over $2k to have my truck fixed due to this terrible product. I would also like to add the customer service I got was horrible, the guy was not helpful at all and got defensive with me when I told him his company's product did this too my truck and he replied with and I quote "our product did not do this to you're vehicle and that they are not to blame over there product messing up my vehicle", I am very upset with the company and the worker I talked to.

Replaced radio in gm car to find replacement was locked and unusable. Dealership advised $175 to try to unlock and reprogram it. I was very skeptical of this device, but it did what was needed. Easy to use and fast results, it had my new unit unlocked in about a minute.

Finding this product was such a treat after dealing with absolutely no nav in my 2015 Mustang for the last five-years. Shipping was insanely fast. Once I started setup, I ran into a couple of issues (my software was a little more upgraded than I realized), but the team at OBD Genie very quickly answered my questions by email and text. I'm happy to express my thanks to the people of OBDGenie specially to Mary a great customer service rep. She was very accommodating and nice. I received my Genie within a few days and I was somewhat apprehensive looking forward to the installation even though I watched several videos. Anyway, after couple times and holding my breath every time the screen went black I saw the downloading and the navigation appeared in my Ford Edge. I'm a 65 year old men with not a lot computer experience but it was easy to install after I calm down and try step by step. Again thank you Mary for your help
