Poor culture, not people focused. Very high turnover in the Client Services Organization. Okay place to start, definitely not where you want to spend most of your career. Be advised with how unorganized they are and this starts from a top down micromanagement approach.

Client Partner role is a never ending cycle of push-pull relationships between internal stakeholders (Account Managers), your territory (Clients), and your manager and their managers always changing objectives so your job satisfaction will be low.

Heavily metrics driven which is your make it or break it point and will determine your promotion, without additional pay incentives like in the sales organization for client retention.

You'll find much much better pay and incentives elsewhere! Trust me on this one, I left almost a year ago and have never been happier. =)
