Initially I was a little intimidated by their website (it throws a lot of options and information at you at once), but once I digested it and got some help from the staff, it was a remarkably smooth process. The digital proofs were scaled and accurate to the final design and, while there were some small changes made to the order, they all made sense and didn't drive up the price (things like needing 2 pin holds instead of 1 for longer designs).

Seriously impressed with every part of the process and looking forward to using them in the future!

Derrick and his partners recently redesigned our logo. Our original logo was... ill say hard to work with. I informed them of the complications. Right away they understood. They agreed to aid me in the redesign and completed the first render in a very short time. It was clear they had a solid education in not only the understanding of making an appealing design but also in its ability to transfer. Your logo is key to brand recognition. You want to be able to place that logo any ware. It should be easy to read, get to the point, scale effectively and most importantly be appealing to the eye. We accepted the first render and now have a logo we are proud of vs one that was.... a bit less mature. We walk away from this with a new appreciation for the Design industry in general as they aid us in our growth in ways we would have never considered in the first place.

I chose to work with Galaxy Design Squad after tons of searching for a quality coin company. I had already spoken to a few other companies when I found Galaxy and boy am I glad I did!! Their communication was superb, their design team took my horrible rough draft and created exactly what I pictured. And they did it better than any other company that had created a draft for me. They kept me up to date through the whole process. Their pricing is easily the best out there as well (especially when getting color), and the fact they offer a military discount is an even bigger plus. Once I got the finished product I could not be more pleased!! These coins are easily some of the best I’ve ever seen (and I have a decent collection from through the years).
