Great Walmart supercenter. Plenty of free parking. Close to Huntington Beach although there is a closet one but that one is neighborhood store; not supercenter.

I came to this location yesterday & was looking to buy a watch. After finding one I waited 20 mins for a employee to get the watch for me, only to be told they couldn't unlock the cabinet until today! Seriously? Then I headed to the food isles to buy our groceries. There were literally, 4 of the 6 isles blocked (@ both ends) with stacks & stacks of boxes randomly placed anywhere & everywhere thru out the floor, pallets blocking any chance of making your way down those isles & clusters of employees, some sorting, some stocking but ALL who shared looks of disgust on their faces if you even thought about shopping down those isles. In fact 2 employees continued throwing empty boxes in my direction. Not once did any one of them ever consider acknowledging me or the situation at hand. Of course, I understand the need to keep shelves stocked, I've done my share of the retail grind, I have. Buy you better get back to the basics of good customer service! We are not the enemy nor should we be treated as such.Not only have you lost out on my purchasing the watch & this weekends groceries for my family, the blatant reality that customer service is a "thing of the past inside this location has most definitely convinced me to not only take this store off my radar permanently, I'm already struggling with whether or not I will ever step foot inside Walmart again. I mean, my last impression was trying to make my way around the ridiculous "self checkout" lines, which by the way, were the ONLY registars open! If customer service hasn't intentionally been abolished at this location I would suggest shaking it hard of all that exsists within those walls bcuz the only proven success of the retail industry IS the one built around the core of that business, being its customer service! ?%

Went just went fornice cream then went to see the booth for a campaign from Red Bull that brought a challenge for kids to pretend n change a tire against the clock to a racing car....boys love it. Suddenly at the en of the park by the entrance of the store someone got their minivan cough up in fire and it was just an event never thought to witness. Had to helpnthe cars traffic to get away and help out to stop cars for coming to block the entrances until the firemen showed up! Some people were very nice an cooperate. Others very stubborn and selfishly didn't make as requested to return and get out to the parking spaces closed by. They didn't listeb!!!! Actually insulted me and challenged me! People help please during accidents. If you don't help just follow directions and leave!

I have to count my blessings. I spaced out n went inside n forgot to close my car door n luckily there was an honest gentleman that waited in his car for me to return . Bless his soul n family. We also had a great time shopping n found everything we needed

It's a walmart. Not enough employees in guest services. I waited 18 min to see if they had something of mine in lost and found. Then, when I made my way to front of line, she said, "I have find a manager." I waited another good ten min before she said she called everyone she can't find one. If my item was found it be in Manager office so I need the manager to go in to check. Then she said she could see a manager across the store, and can I go get her? Are u kidding me? Needless to say, they did not have my wallet. Life is grand! No help at all. Oh, and all cashiers except one are rude and slow and have big attitudes. ?

I am continually amazed at the HORRID treatment I have received at this store.
Today I was in line to check out. there were three people ahead of me and three was mart employees working this one till. The operator was a trainee, there was a trainer telling him exactly which button to push and when, and a bagging person who actually slowed everything up as every time she bagged anything the trainer made her rebar. for NO apparent reason. this process was pursued for two of the three. After this time then next person was helped after taking the trainee off the line. she was helped quickly. Then on her way out she noted a small bit of dirt on the floor. This now stopped everything as the checker now had felt it more important to make people wait who have already been waking an inordinate amount of time as she found a broom to clean up a quarter size bit of dirt.

Next as I finally have my good rung up the equipment would not take my card . four tries and no go. What a fiasco!.
