Best technicians in town!!!!! Don’t waste money on Geek Squad. I had six Best Buy agents try to help me with a simple computer problem and they couldn’t for weeks. Tillion, the technician at Epic IT came by and solved it within minutes!

Also, other tech repair companies here in Gainesville gave me a headache with coordination and communication but this was the only one where the entire process was so smooth and not stressful at alll! I can’t thank them enough.

Amazing and friendly service!. I had a laptop with a swollen battery, other places wouldn't even touch it or would charge 100+ and take a week to fix it. These guys safely and professionally removed the battery in under an hour for very little cost. Highly recommend if you want cheap and professional service while supporting a local company.
